We are taught the way how to defeat the opponent. In cricket, mission of the bowler is to take wicket and rejoice. A student who scores highest marks is complimented. The company with more growth and higher turnover rate has highest share index in the capital market but there is one other game – the game of spiritualism in which loser is the winner, There are two players in this game – the master and the disciple. Disciple sees in the master the cosmic power – the God. His only wish is to be in the feet of his Master. He always wishes to be a loser and in this process of losing, he becomes the winner. He wins the grace of his Master. Even the Master loses in favour of his disciple. This he does for ANNAND because he is ‘SACCHIDANAND’.

Master your thoughts so as to master your destiny. Dream big, think big to become big. You are small because what you thought a couple of years back was minuscule. From now onwards, Dream Big, Think Big and Believe that you will get it and there is no force in the world that can stop you from achieving it. Just don’t let negative thoughts touch your mind, body and soul. Master your thoughts. Watch your thoughts. Are they divine? Are they positive? Are they apersonal? Are they for betterment of universe and mankind? And then, believe that God is with you and you will definitely achieve it. Life is just a drama where you have to play your character till the duration of the drama. Just play your role with full zeal, with total enthusiasm and with immense vigor. Just live a life which is king-size so that when you die, people cry for you. Do something king-size and live life to the fullest because its your life. However, this is possible only when you get a true mentor.
FORMULA OF SUCCESS
Most of the times, when we talk to the students and faculties, we are questioned about the formula of success. From my point of view, the formula of success is TARGET + DIVINE POSITIVITY + HARD WORK + PASSION = SUCCESS. Moving ahead from this, is the divine success – your real ‘YOU’. It means a state where you have reached the state of divine success – a state when you are in the hands of God – a state when HIS will is your will, HIS command is what you do, HIS dictates are what you follow. This is possible only when apart from success, you live in a state of total egolessness. It has been observed many a times that after a youth receives success, he becomes a failure or his goodwill is shaken because of his misdeeds. True success comes when success with egolessness is followed which is called divine success. Our focus should not only to be a successful individual but to be an individual who is ‘akarta’, ‘sakshi’ to what he is doing and that is true success.

INDIA NEEDS YOUTHFUL SPIRITUALISM :
This is 21st century. We live in a age where youth questions the viability or otherwise of God. Gone are the days when you could tell your child to bow down to God, lighten a diya and read Hanuman Chalisa. This is a time, when youth needs a real positive change in their lives to believe and thus the need of a new type of spiritualism which is full of vigor, full of youthfulness and the youth can correlate with him. If a youth of today gets a proper perspective of spiritualism, he can really guide his family, his nation and world at large for better tomorrow. Today is the youth of mobiles, laptop, android phones and internet. Spiritualism to be effective on youth has to come out from primitive method of ‘pothis’ and ‘books’. The modern spiritualism is all about positiveness. If the youth is positive, is doubtless about his goals, is focused on his future, he is spiritual. Only a few individuals who have this youthful spiritualism can be asset to the mankind.
YOU ARE JUST A BALLOON. JUST REMEMBER WHO AM I?
The essence of spiritualism is to experience the phrase “Who am I?” or in Hindi “मैं कौन हूँ ?” It is just to experience, Are you a body? or Are you a mind or soul? This is to be experienced and this experience one can get only by bowing down in the feet of His Master. As a person bows down to His Master, he empties himself and in this moment of emptiness, he gets the glimpse of “Who am I?” Just a practice of bowing down to your Master can be a way to impeccable heights and it is due to your emptiness. As we all know that a balloon with the lightest gas helium can rise up in the air but the balloon with heavier gases do not. You can start this practice of bowing down by touching the feet of your parents or the elders.
WORK LIKE A SLAVE, LIVE LIKE A KING, CREATE LIKE A GOD….
Specify your goals very clearly. Work relentlessly in pursuit to fulfill these goals. Take a pause in between to check whether you are on a right track, whether you are focused enough. This qualitative analysis involves talking to people around you, your own introspection and mind well, this should not involve any ego. This we call as just working like a slave. The second step is live like a king. Just believe that all your goals are already fulfilled. You are driver of your destiny and nobody can disturb you on your path to zenith. Just accept the things in totality, make corrective actions, if necessary, and be in a good feel throughout the day for your goals. Now comes create like a God. Your being in a positive attitude all through the day puts you invariably in the hands of the God. It is then that the Almighty guides you as a master and you are the shepherd. Just relax and free yourself and let the God paint the picture using you.
IF YOU WANT TO FACE LESS COMPETITION, REACH THE ZENITH….
We have experienced that as we climb up a mountain, we are accompanied with lots and lots of people with a goal to reach the tip of the mountain. But as the journey starts, in the midway, many people opt out for many reasons. Out of the people that remained to move ahead to reach at the tip of mountain, still more of them opt out of the race because of fatigue, weather or health issues. Rest which remain go for the final aim to reach the tip of the mountain.But still many of them opt out because they feel this is the limit of their potential. And then only one or two persons remain who finish the mission. It clearly shows that there is very less competition among the people who want to super excel in their areas of interest. Out of 120 crore people of the country, only few have a desire to become President/Prime Minister of the country. Only few from the entire country dream to sit in the shuttle to reach the space. Only few engineers of the country have a desire to invent an instrument like Apple I pad. Only few MBA’s share a desire to be head of International Monetary Fund. We always complain about the competition in our areas of interest but there is little competition at the top. To be part of the TOP, it is utmost important that we THINK BIG, DREAM BIG and SUSTAIN that dream throughout 24 hours a day for years together. We can start with smaller goals, finish them and hence improve our sankalpshakti so that big dreams can become achievable.
OVERTHINKING IS THE ‘ART OF CREATING PROBLEMS THAT WERE’NT EVEN THERE’…
Many a times, we think of a solution to a problem. Finding solution to a problem in a proper perspective through thinking is always welcomed but at times, we overstretch ourselves and start over thinking and see the problem messed up with no way out. There is never a problem but the cosmic wants to strengthen your will so that you can move ahead for higher goals. A problem is just a PAUSE button to sit back and think it over how the work is to be done. This thinking process can be a journey towards God if we use ‘PRAYER’ as a tool to convey our problems to God and use ‘MEDITATION’ as a tool to get back answers from God for all the problems. But instead of these two tools, we use our mind and hence we over think and hence the problem is messed up with hardly any result insight.
DEAR GOD, I AM HERE, USE ME FOR YOUR WILL
Every morning as you wake up, surrender yourself to the will of God. Just pray to God that you are here to HIS will, you use me as per YOUR will. As the brush in the hand of the painter never resists or convey anything to the painter what is to be drawn, what is to be painted, when it is to be painted, how it is to be painted, how much is to be painted, at what time it is to be painted, in which position it is to be painted; in similar fashion, just willfully surrender to the Almighty God and never ever resist to what he uses you for. Because you never know his designs, his plans and his vision. Only when you surrender to him, then the God makes a best picture out of you.
EVERYBODY WAS BORN INTELLIGENT,BUT EDUCATION RUINED THEM…
Everybody was born intelligent, but education ruined us. When a child is born, we call him ‘Kanhaiyaa’ or ‘Krishna’ or for that matter, we call him a godly person. In Hindu mythology, during Navratri festival, we do ‘kanjika puja’ (worship of girls under age 8). But as child grows up, we hardly worship him as God. What is the reason ? God is pure. God is truth. When the child is under 7 or 8, he is free from any vices, adulteration and is ego less. He is full of love, he lives in present and lives the life worry less. It is only when he starts his schooling that pressures and expectations start piling on him and he misses his real self due to ‘Maya”. He sees himself in a mess of tensions, worries, unhappiness. This does not mean that child should not be educated. But it surely means that apart from mental education, the child should also be given education of soul.
